Start with the exact app identity
Several apps use similar names. Confirm the app, domain and Android package before requesting another OTP. Entering a code into the wrong app can expose the account.
If the OTP does not arrive
- Check the country code and mobile number.
- Wait for the previous request timer to finish.
- Switch once between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
- Check blocked SMS and spam filters.
- Update the verified app version, then retry.
If the account is locked
Use the recovery route inside the verified app or its destination website. Keep your account ID and registration number ready. Support should not need your OTP, UPI PIN or remote screen access.
