Check status before contacting support
- KYC name matches the bank or UPI account.
- Required turnover is complete.
- The amount is within the stated minimum and maximum.
- There is no active deposit or bonus restriction.
- Bank, UPI or maintenance windows are not delaying processing.
Prepare a clear support record
Keep the account ID, withdrawal amount, timestamp, transaction reference, bank or UPI method and screenshot. Contact only the support route inside the verified app or destination page.
Warning signs
Do not send money to a personal UPI account to “unlock,” “verify” or “release” a withdrawal. Do not share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or screen-control access.
